These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MERCY HANDS mobile application, website, content, subscriptions, community features, AI-assisted features, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Calm Hands Corp ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Purpose of Mercy Hands
Mercy Hands is a global encouragement and wellness platform rooted in Christian love and compassion. The Services may include prayer, Scripture, inspirational and faith-based content, general encouragement, wellness resources, community interaction, notifications, and supportive or AI-assisted features. Users of different backgrounds and stages of faith are welcome.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your location. If you are under the age at which you can independently consent to these Terms or relevant data practices, a parent or legal guardian must provide any consent required by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
3. Acceptable Use and Community Standards
You agree to use Mercy Hands respectfully and lawfully. You may not post, submit, transmit, or encourage content or conduct that is unlawful; threatening; harassing; hateful; discriminatory; sexually exploitative; abusive; fraudulent; defamatory; invasive of privacy; infringing of intellectual-property rights; malicious; or intended to harm, exploit, impersonate, or deceive another person. You may not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape or misuse data, or use Mercy Hands for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
4. User-Generated Content, Prayer Requests, and Moderation
If you submit prayer requests, messages, comments, testimonials, images, community posts, or other content ("User Content"), you remain responsible for that content and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it. Do not disclose another person's sensitive, medical, private, or identifying information without appropriate permission. Where User Content is visible to other users, Mercy Hands may provide reporting, blocking, or moderation features. We may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, community standards, law, or platform requirements. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified immediately.
5. License to User Content
You grant Calm Hands Corp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, moderate, secure, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is legally permitted or technically necessary for limited backup, security, or compliance purposes.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Mercy Hands may provide AI-assisted faith, encouragement, informational, or support features. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should use independent judgment and should not rely on AI-generated content as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. We may provide tools for users to report problematic AI-generated content.
7. Health, Wellness, and Emergency Disclaimer
Mercy Hands provides general encouragement, prayer, Scripture, faith-based material, and wellness-related resources. The Services do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or other professional services. Never delay or disregard appropriate professional care because of content in Mercy Hands. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.
8. Spiritual and Faith-Based Content
Prayer, Scripture, prophetic, devotional, inspirational, or other faith-based content is provided for spiritual encouragement and informational purposes. Individual experiences and beliefs vary, and Calm Hands Corp does not promise or guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, health, financial, or other outcome from using the Services.
9. Subscriptions, Premium Features, and Billing
Mercy Hands may offer free and paid features, subscriptions, trials, promotional offers, or in-app purchases. Before purchase, applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and material subscription conditions will be presented through the relevant purchase flow. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms shown at purchase. Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are processed under the applicable store's billing and payment rules. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription entitlements and purchase status. Prices, plans, and available features may change, subject to applicable notice and law.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
You may manage or cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription through the applicable store account or subscription-management method made available in Mercy Hands. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not necessarily produce a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable app store's rules and applicable law. Deleting your Mercy Hands account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party material, the Mercy Hands name, branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, original content, and other elements of the Services are owned by or licensed to Calm Hands Corp and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may interact with third-party platforms or providers, including app stores, subscription-management providers, analytics, hosting, authentication, notification, AI, or other technology services. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Calm Hands Corp is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your use of Mercy Hands is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, shared, retained, and protected, as well as available privacy choices and account-deletion procedures.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, threats to users or the Services, repeated abusive behavior, or security risks. Where required by law, applicable notice or remedies will be provided. You may stop using Mercy Hands at any time and may request account deletion through the methods described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep Mercy Hands available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued for technical, security, legal, business, or product reasons. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and store requirements.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Calm Hands Corp disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calm Hands Corp and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
18. International Use
Mercy Hands is intended for a global audience. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use of the Services. Certain features, content, payment options, or legal rights may differ by country or region.
19. Apple and Google Platform Terms
If you obtain Mercy Hands through Apple's App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable store terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms between you and Calm Hands Corp except to the extent required by their applicable platform terms. Where a platform's mandatory terms apply, those terms control to the extent required.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Mercy Hands evolves or as legal, security, or platform requirements change. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law. Any governing-law or forum provision is subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and other laws that cannot be waived based on a user's country or region.

Calm Hands Corp ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MERCY HANDS mobile application, website, and related services. Mercy Hands is designed for a global audience and provides encouragement, prayer, Scripture, faith-based and wellness content, community features, and supportive resources.

Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, login credentials, profile details, and information you provide when creating or managing an account.
User-submitted content, including prayer requests, messages, feedback, testimonials, community content, support requests, and information you choose to enter into interactive or AI-assisted features.
Health and wellness information that you voluntarily provide when using relevant features. Because this information can be sensitive, please submit only information you are comfortable providing.
Photos, camera content, or media when you choose to upload or capture an image and grant the required device permission.
Location information when you choose to enable a location-based feature and grant location permission.
Device, diagnostic, and usage information, which may include device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, crash information, feature interactions, and analytics data.
Push-notification information, including notification tokens and preferences, when you enable notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and maintain Mercy Hands; create and secure accounts; deliver prayer, encouragement, Scripture, wellness and community features; personalize eligible features; respond to support requests; deliver notifications; manage premium access and subscriptions; operate AI-assisted features; detect misuse or security issues; troubleshoot and improve the app; perform analytics; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. AI-Assisted Features
Mercy Hands may offer AI-assisted faith, encouragement, or support features. Information you enter into an AI-assisted feature may be processed to generate a response and to operate, secure, and improve the feature as permitted by applicable law and our service-provider agreements. Do not submit information about yourself or another person that you do not want processed through the feature. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or other professional advice.
4. Prayer Requests, Community Content, and Sensitive Information
Prayer requests and community submissions may contain personal or sensitive information. Please use discretion and avoid submitting another person's private, medical, or identifying information without appropriate permission. Where a feature is described as private, we take reasonable measures to limit access consistent with that feature. Content intentionally posted to a community or shared feature may be visible to other users according to the feature's settings.
5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Mercy Hands may offer subscriptions, premium content, or in-app purchases. Transactions made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable store. Calm Hands Corp does not receive your complete payment-card details from those store transactions.
We may use RevenueCat to verify purchases, maintain subscription status, and provide access to premium features. RevenueCat and applicable app stores process information under their own privacy terms.
6. Service Providers and Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Mercy Hands, including providers of hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, subscription management, AI functionality, security, communications, and technical infrastructure. They may process information as necessary to provide services to us and subject to applicable agreements and law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect users, Calm Hands Corp, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce our terms; or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
7. Permissions and Your Choices
You can manage device permissions such as camera, photos, location, and notifications through your device settings. You may withdraw optional permissions at any time, although some features may stop functioning. Where required by law, additional rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, meeting legal or accounting obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type, feature, and legal requirement.
10. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Mercy Hands account and associated personal information through the account-deletion feature provided in the app and through our external deletion-request page. After a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize associated information unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or similar legitimate purposes.
Deleting a Mercy Hands account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions should be managed through the store where the purchase was made.
11. Children's Privacy
Mercy Hands is committed to protecting children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that information was collected from a child without required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us regarding a child's information.
12. International Users
Mercy Hands is intended for users around the world. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries whose privacy laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers and honor applicable privacy rights.
